Culina Group, a well-established leader in the logistics market, is recruiting for a Hygiene Operative on a full-time, permanent basis at our St Helens depot.

The role will involve:

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in warehouse areas.
• Following the Hygiene schedule to ensure automated areas are debris-free at required intervals.
• Supporting cleaning in areas such as Loading, Picking, and Goods Inwards.
• Collaborating with customers and transport to promote a safe, clean environment.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Team Leader and Shift Manager.
• Communicating hygiene issues effectively across shifts.
• Ensuring cleaning equipment is fit for purpose and reporting issues.
• Adhering to risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Using Personal Protective Equipment correctly and reporting defects.
• Regularly emptying bins and maintaining waste areas.
• Meeting Food Hygiene standards and complying with site rules.
• Supporting environmental initiatives such as recycling and waste management.
• Performing additional warehouse duties as needed.
