Job summary

Pilgrims Europe is looking for Hygiene Operatives at our Ruskington site to join our team. You will help keep production areas clean and compliant with health and safety rules, with training provided.

The role offers full-time permanent hours, paid breaks, and opportunities for progression. Overtime is paid at premium rates, and there are subsidised meals and an employee restaurant on site.

Job description

We have opportunities for Hygiene Operatives to join Our Teamat the Ruskington site!

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday rotating every 4 weeks. You will work 45 hours per week as standard on permanent afternoon shift from 14:30pm till 23:15pm.

Successful candidate will ensure that work areas, machinery and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards and cleaning schedules are met at all times.

As Hygiene Operative, you will receive COSHH training to be able to handle chemicals safely.

You will work as part of a team or on your own depending on your job allocation and duties may involve working at heights, confined spaces, cold and warm environment, ensuring you comply with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety and Food Safety rules at all times.

Previous experience working in Hygiene Department will be advantageous but not essential as Full Training will be provided.
