Job Details

Pay Rate: £12.95 per hour, plus weekly bonus after 12 weeks

Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts
  • 4 nights a week
  • Night shifts

Note: Hours for this role are 4 on, 3 off

Experience Required
  • Factory cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
Main Duties
  • Carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks
  • Cleaning processing equipment and production lines to meet standards, including testing samples
  • Deep cleaning of production areas
  • Post-cleaning checks to ensure completion
  • Accurate completion of paperwork
  • Compliance with health & safety and hygiene procedures
  • Ensuring cleaning and PPE are functioning correctly
  • Working effectively under time pressure
  • Reporting incidents or environmental concerns to line manager

Previous experience as a hygiene operative or line operative is preferred. Candidates should be adaptable to various environments and equipped with suitable PPE. The role suits motivated individuals with good communication skills, initiative, and a desire to progress into management roles.
