Job description

We are looking for a Hygiene Operative to join our team who will be responsible for enhancing the hygiene programme in our distribution centre in Warrington.

We offer a full-time, permanent position working shifts between Sunday to Thursday, from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, 5 days from 7 each week.

We also offer a part-time, permanent position working Fridays and Saturdays, between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm OR 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

The successful candidate will possess a high sense of pride in their work, be able to work using their own initiative, and will focus on working alongside the warehouse team to maintain an excellent working environment.

Pay, working hours & benefits:

We offer an hourly pay rate of £14.28 per hour. Overtime is regularly available for those looking to earn more.

Core duties include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning the warehouse, including emptying bins and operating the waste compactor.
• Collecting recyclable materials.
• Operating the bailer.
• Dealing with spill and trip hazards promptly.
• Recording damages to help reduce waste.
• Yard maintenance.
• A Counterbalance licence is desirable but not essential.
