Job Description:

Cranswick Country Foods Riverside in Hull is looking to expand its team and recruit for the position of Hygiene Operative, working 4 days on, 4 days off, from 6AM to 6PM, dayshift.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Cranswick Country Foods Riverside, which opened in 2012 as a satellite site to their primary processing facility in Preston, Hull. They produce fresh and added-value pork for a major retailer, prioritizing factory investment and supply chain standards while maintaining a local, traditional business ethos. The company is seeking reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking candidates for full-time roles, with the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning factory machinery and shopfloor areas.
  • Topping up PPE and self-cleaning stations.
  • Following work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Meeting deadlines with enthusiasm and conscientiousness.
  • Working independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrating a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Complying with food safety and quality procedures.

We Offer:

  • £12.50 per hour
  • Working hours: 6AM - 6PM
