Are you passionate about maintaining high hygiene standards and working in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment? We’re
looking for a Hygiene Operative to join our dedicated team in Milton Keynes.

Company: The Compleat Food Group

Location: Wimblington Drive, Milton Keynes, MK6 4AH

Shift Pattern: 6am - 6pm, 3on 3off rotating shift pattern

Pay: £12.92 p/h

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:




As a Hygiene Operative, you’ll be an essential part of the production team, ensuring all hygiene standards are met or exceeded.
Your day-to-day will include:

* Thoroughly cleaning production lines and equipment to the highest standards

* Completing hygiene tasks as directed by the Hygiene Team Leader

* Ensuring accurate completion of cleaning records and reports

* Proactively reporting any hygiene or food safety concerns

* Following strict food safety and manual handling procedures

* Removing waste correctly and minimising environmental impact

* Wearing appropriate PPE and maintaining hygiene practices at all times





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:




* Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment

* Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (Food Hygiene Level 2, HACCP Level 2, COSHH Level 1)

* Strong awareness of HACCP principles and hygiene best practices

* Reliable, energetic, and self-motivated with a flexible, can-do attitude

* Comfortable working in both high-risk and low-risk areas
