Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days: 6:00am–6:00pm / Nights: 6:00pm–6:00am)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Hygiene Operatives in Shirebrook on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking long-term employment with career development prospects.
As a Hygiene Operative, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high cleanliness standards across our site, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform Pre-Start and Chemical checks
• Replenish sanitisers and cleaning chemicals
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of factory areas and equipment
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules and maintain accurate records
Skills Required
• A team player with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Reliable, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous hygiene or cleaning experience preferred
