Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a Hygiene Operative for night shifts at our Bodmin site. You will clean machines, equipment and PPE to strict hygiene standards, with a focus on efficiency and safety.

The role operates 22:00–06:00 Monday to Friday and offers a competitive hourly rate with weekly pay. You will work as part of the factory cleaning team, supporting the site to minimise waste, follow health and safety procedures, and maintain a high level of presentation and cleanliness across production

Responsabilidades

• Undertake all aspects of factory cleaning and disinfectant as requested by the Senior Supervisor.
• Ensure required hygiene standards are matched or exceeded.
• Operate and follow health and safety procedures during chemicals use and equipment handling.
• Work with site presentation team to complete tasks on time and support others.
• Minimise waste from chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure PPE and consumables are available and ready for use in production areas.
• Follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate good teamwork and communication.
• Maintain awareness of health & safety in a factory environment.

Pilgrim's Europe is looking for motivated Hygiene Operative to join our team and contribute to our success. If you have a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude, this opportunity is for you! Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn up to £540 per week! Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of 22.00pm - 06.00am Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself. Job Role To support the efficient and effective running of the factory by cleaning machines, equipment and PPE, etc. to the required standards and timeframes.

• Undertake all aspects of factory cleaning and disinfectant as requested by the Senior Supervisor
• Ensure required hygiene standards are matched or exceeded
• Operate and follow health and safety procedures, both in the use of chemicals and when dismantling / reassembling equipment
• Work with site presentation team members to complete assigned tasks in the required timeframes, supporting others to complete their work when you have completed your tasks
• Always seek to minimise waste from chemicals and cleaning equipment
• Ensure PPE and consumables are always available and ready for use by staff entering production areas
