AM2PM Recruitment are recruiting for Hygiene Operatives to join our market leading Manufacturing client based in Fakenham with immediate starts. Our client is a meat-free production in Fakenham! Our client produces high-quality, sustainable, and delicious meat-free products.

This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the facility, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and supporting the production of high-quality, meat-free products.

The successful candidate will play an essential part in upholding our commitment to sustainability, safety, and innovation in the plant-based food industry.

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

Tuesday - Friday - 6AM-6PM

The Job role:

  • Carry out daily cleaning and hygiene tasks across the production areas, equipment, and facilities as per the cleaning schedules.
  • Ensure all cleaning processes comply with company standards, food safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations.
  • Inspect and report any hygiene issues or potential hazards to the Hygiene Supervisor.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and sanitary environment to minimize risks of contamination.
  • Support production teams with cleaning during and between production shifts, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Participate in hygiene audits and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Site is accessible via public transport & has free on-site parking available. All roles are ongoing for the right candidates looking for Fulltime shift patterns.
