Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Hygiene Team Members to join the busy team at the North Scarle Lincoln factory. The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of operations by maintaining the business’s high levels of cleanliness to uphold excellent standards in food safety and quality.

You will be performing various cleaning roles to maintain high standards within warehouse production and distribution. The role will also include occasional work at heights.

Location: Witham Saint Hughes, Lincolnshire

Duration: Long-term ongoing work with a permanent contract after 13 weeks

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Starting at £12.25, increasing to £12.64 per hour after completing training

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 12-hour shifts, rotating bi-weekly between days and nights

• 06:00 - 18:00: Days
• 18:00 - 06:00: Nights

Closing Date: 2025-05-08

Experience & Qualifications

• A motivated individual who is driven to deliver, working within a team or on your own
• An excellent attitude towards teamwork and always willing to assist colleagues
• A good standard of spoken and written English
• Good attention to detail

Previous industrial cleaning experience is advantageous.
