Hours:Monday to Friday2pm-10pm
Salary:£12.21-£12.40 per hour

gap personnel acting as an employment business are currently recruiting X2 Hygiene Operatives for our fast growing manufacturing client, based in Bristol, BS30.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks across production and non-production areas, including machinery, tools, floors, walls, and surfaces
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to required food safety standards (in line with HACCP, BRC, or internal policies)
  • Dismantle and deep-clean food processing equipment as required
  • Follow COSHH procedures and use chemicals safely and correctly
  • Complete hygiene records accurately and report any issues to supervisors
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role within a food production or manufacturing environment is an advantage
  • Awareness of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks and working in a factory environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
