The Opportunity

This role supports our Hygiene Team and continuous improvement initiatives at a flagship site that has recently undergone significant investment. Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Hygiene Manager will oversee the development of the hygiene team, manage hygiene systems, and ensure compliance with legal and business standards.

The responsibilities include providing expertise on hygiene and GMP standards, developing SOPs, training staff, managing contractors, pest control, and food safety audits. The ideal candidate will have management experience, strong IT and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
