This position is based at the company's site in Strabane and is a permanent role.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, Afternoon start time

Responsibilities:

• Take full control of the Hygiene team on site, ensuring proper skills and adherence to Hygiene policies and legislation.

Main Duties:

• Ensure employee and product safety at all times.
• Coordinate Hygiene shift personnel through Team Leaders to meet standards, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Motivate and develop the team, supporting effective communication.
• Take personal accountability for health and safety, training, employee relations, and issue resolution.
• Set, monitor, and measure targets and KPIs, minimizing waste.
• Manage shift budget, reduce costs, and drive savings.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide effective service to the Operations Manager.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of BRC standards and GMP.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Numeracy skills for reporting and performance analysis.
• High flexibility.
