Job Description

The Hygiene Manager will:

• Ensure hygiene processes are correctly implemented, recorded, and completed within designated timelines and standards.
• Assist in enhancing hygiene procedures, working practices, and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Work at heights and perform lifting tasks.
• Ensure all recycling products within the distribution centre are properly packed and loaded for delivery to customers.

The Successful Candidate

The Hygiene Manager should:

• Have prior hygiene experience in a physically demanding, multi-temperature FMCG environment.
• Be confident, calm under pressure, and possess excellent activity planning and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate large teams, achieve targets, and develop future leaders.
