Mitie Group plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Hygiene Compliance Administrator to support our hygiene operation in a busy food manufacturing environment. You will help keep compliance records, training documentation and operational paperwork accurate and up to date.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word. Previous experience in food manufacturing, hygiene or compliance or similar settings would be advantageous.

Formación

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience in food manufacturing, hygiene or compliance is advantageous.
• Administrative support experience in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining hygiene and compliance records
• Updating training and competency records
• Supporting risk assessment, COSHH and SOP/CWI documentation
• Maintaining audit and action trackers
• Collating information for KPI and compliance reporting
• Supporting preparation for internal and client audits
• General administrative support to the Hygiene Management Team
