Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Supervisor to support environmental cleaning contracts across the West of England/Thames Valley (Oxford, Bath, Swindon, Bristol). The role involves ensuring all cleaning operations meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards, leading audits, and supporting teams to deliver compliant services. The position requires a Full UK Driving Licence, 37.5 hours per week on 10-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all Environmental Hygiene Cleaning Contracts are completed to standard and meet customer satisfaction.
  • Manage areas such as General Ventilation Cleaning and Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning.
  • Liaise with customers and prioritize work according to schedules.
  • Maintain 100% attendance and ensure safety compliance, with no RIDDOR incidents.
  • Coordinate onsite workload, manage resources, and supervise compliance operatives.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations, including chemical storage and PPE use.
  • Maintain and report on equipment condition, ensuring safety and operational readiness.
  • Represent the company professionally on site.
  • Assist in training new staff and temporary workers.
  • Handle urgent issues and set daily priorities.

  • On-the-job and external training, including Health and Safety and BESA Grease Hygiene Technician Training.
Quality & Environmental Responsibilities
  • Follow company procedures to deliver quality service and comply with environmental policies.
