Job summary

Arcadis, a leading global design, engineering and consultancy firm, is seeking a Consultant to join its UK Groundwater Advisory team. You will collect, collate and interpret hydrogeological data, develop conceptual models and contribute to 2D/3D modeling across a wide range of projects for built environment and water supply sectors.

You will work with clients to understand challenges, document model rationale, and support reporting.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of geology and hydrogeology within consultancy/water company/regulatory setting.
• MSc qualified (or higher) in Hydrogeology or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience with developing and calibrating 3D groundwater models is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Processing data from site investigations and databases for the groundwater project lead.
• Assisting in developing hydrogeological conceptual models and translating them into 2D/3D models.
• Presenting outputs in software products (GUIs, GIS, MS Office).
• Contributing to reports and ensuring documentation of data interpretation and model rationale.
