Overview

As our Hydro- and Morphology Advisor, you will play a key role in some of the world's most exciting renewable technology projects. We are passionate about our work and drive innovation to shape a sustainable future. You will help our clients with their cable projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with industry standards. You must live within commuting distance to one of our offices: Darlington, Copenhagen, Berlin or Rotterdam.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients in the cable installation sector, with a focus on hydro- and morphology, providing guidance and support throughout their projects.
  • Review and assess contractors\' work plans, spotting potential issues and suggesting practical solutions.
  • Use analytical skills and a proactive mindset to learn from past projects and develop innovative ideas for new challenges.
  • Work closely with clients to address concerns about cable installation safety and ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in the hydro- and morphology sector. Experience in the offshore cable / pipeline installation sector is a plus.
  • Engineering-level academic background; a strong go-to expert in your field, with a continued interest in sustainability topics.
  • Strong communication skills, including stakeholder negotiations and clear point-of-view articulation.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for the team and the ability to adapt when a project takes an unexpected turn.
