AMF Recruitment Ltd in Bradford is seeking a Hydraulic Test Supervisor to manage a small, experienced test team in a busy hydraulic engineering workshop. You will oversee safe, timely testing of pumps, motors, valves and transmissions, ensuring quality and first-time-right work while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

The role requires several years of leadership in a test environment, familiarity with hydraulic components, and competence with IT and MS Office.

Formación

• Several years of experience managing a test environment.
• Competent in IT skills and MS Office usage.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements in a workshop.
• Familiar with hydraulic systems/components.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the safe and timely testing of pumps, motors, valves and transmissions.
• Liaising with customers when required.
• Enforcing health and safety in the test department and managing the test team.
• Leading the test team and developing personnel and processes for efficiency.
• Formulating test schedules and prioritising units for testing.
