Job Title: Test Engineer – Hydraulics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical/hydraulic systems
  • Experience in a hydraulic testing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic system and mechanical engineering drawings/plans
  • Experience with hydraulic/mechanical assemblies, including fault finding and problem solving

Responsibilities:

  1. Hydraulic testing of pumps, motors, valves, actuators from various rotary and fixed-wing aircraft platforms
  2. Providing technical support and fault diagnosis for hydraulic and mechanical fluid power systems
  3. Managing stock control of hydraulic fluid and consumables
  4. Performing daily and weekly maintenance of test rigs
  5. Supporting production planning
  6. Enhancing safety practices, addressing physical safety and safety attitudes

About You:

  • Experience in mechanical/hydraulic systems
  • Experience in hydraulic testing environments
  • Ability to interpret hydraulic and mechanical engineering drawings/plans
  • Experience with hydraulic/mechanical assemblies, fault finding, and problem solving
