Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing; Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern of its kind in Europe; and the Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit is from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations with UK support.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is based at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- Lead live experience events and small teams for the Audi F1 project, overseeing off-track events and activations
- Develop creative concepts, plan, and execute world-class live experiences, including launch events, networking events, driving experiences, media events, partner activations, signature events, and exclusive hospitality events outside the track
- Create and implement premium guest engagement experiences and journeys, ensuring seamless and high-end activation at every touchpoint
- Plan and manage end-to-end event production, including concept development, venue selection, guest management, on-site execution, content, hospitality & catering, digital integration, logistics, and supplier coordination
- Oversee operational execution, ensuring seamless guest experiences from registration to post-event follow-up
- Define and uphold brand and service standards, maintaining the Audi F1 identity
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to maintain high guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement standard operational processes and procedures
- Continuously analyze performance, refine processes, and drive operational improvements
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration and project management with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Manage external agencies and contractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements
Your profile
- 8+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or live brand activations, preferably in premium sports, motorsports, or entertainment
- Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale live experiences with seamless guest engagement and high-end brand representation
- Strong leadership, team, and project management skills, with experience coordinating internal teams, agencies, and external partners
- Expertise in guest experience design, fan engagement, and VIP activations
- Solid understanding of event logistics, production, and operations
- Pro-active problem-solver capable of adapting to high-pressure environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, with experience in premium brand environments
- Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
