Job summary

Major Energy Onshore is seeking a Hydraulic Service Technician to support both workshop and site-based service, maintenance and assembly work in the Sunderland area. The role requires handling on-site trouble shooting of hydraulic systems, installations, commissioning, testing and reporting, with additional out-of-hours call-outs as needed.

• Experienced hydraulic technician with fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with onsite planned maintenance routines and overhaul of hydraulic components.

Responsibilities

• On-site trouble shooting of hydraulic systems.
• Carry out on site installations and workshop repairs
• Commissioning, flushing and testing.
• Preparing site reports.
• Assembly and functional test power units.
