Qualifications

Job description

My Client, an international, market leading Engineering Consultancy, is searching for a Hydraulic Modeller who specialises in Infowork ICM to join their established Water Team based remotely.


It is essential that applicants have a BSc and/or MSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. River Basin Dynamics, Hydrology or Engineering) and have experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing integrated catchment modelling using Infoworks ICM.


This exciting role will offer you the opportunity to join and support the Water Team based across England and Belfast. You can work remotely and complete flood risk, surface water, rainfall, flood alleviation and hydraulic modelling projects for Local Authorities, Private Sector Clients and Consultancies.


As a Hydraulic Modeller, you will be required to complete complex technical work including flood risk assessments, flood estimation, natural flood management, flood alleviation schemes, SuDS strategies and design, and complex integrated catchment modelling using Infoworks ICM.


You will be required to attend site visits across England when needed.
