Job summary

SI ICT is seeking a Website Developer to build and maintain high-quality web applications. You will code from concept to completion, work on site layout, and ensure responsive, accessible design across browsers.

Hybrid, full-time role in London with opportunities to collaborate with clients, plan features, test APIs, databases, and explore new technologies. Strong HTML/CSS, PHP/JavaScript, and database basics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in web programming.
• Strong HTML/CSS and modern web technologies.
• Familiarity with PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript or Ruby on Rails.
• Understanding of web app security, session management, and best practices.
• Relational databases and object-oriented programming knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code using best practices.
• Build and test APIs for data exchange.
• Create and maintain databases and data schemas.
• Plan and prototype new applications and features.
• Design UI layouts using standard HTML/CSS practices.
• Collaborate with designers and project staff on progress.
• Test across browsers and environments and fix issues.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and frameworks.
