The British Heart Foundation (BHF) is seeking an experienced UX Designer to help shape digital experiences across its products. You will conduct user research, translate findings into wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs, and ensure accessibility across platforms.

This hybrid role splits time between home and the BHF London office, with at least one in-person day per week. The role offers £45,000–£47,500 per year plus benefits and a strong development path.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Experience conducting user research and creating wireframes/prototypes (Figma preferred).
• Strong knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Ability to communicate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience translating business objectives into UX insights.

Aufgaben

• Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points across BHF's digital products.
• Convert research findings into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, preferably using Figma.
• Ensure all designs are inclusive and accessible to diverse user groups.
• Monitor UX trends and apply best practices to continuously improve the user experience.
• Visualise and present design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels, building buy-in for your recommendations.
• Translate business objectives into user-centred designs that deliver measurable impact on organisational goals.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery.
