British Heart Foundation is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our Digital Team. You will lead user research and translate insights into practical design concepts that align with best practices, collaborating with Digital, Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement teams to shape and optimise digital experiences.

The role is hybrid, split between home and our London office, with regular collaboration across teams to deliver impactful user experiences for fundraising and support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting thorough user research and discovery.
• Proficient in producing wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Strong portfolio of design projects with a track record of staying ahead of UX trends.
• Solid understanding of accessible design and inclusive user experiences.
• Ability to visualise, explain and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• User Research & Discovery to understand user needs and behaviours.
• UX Strategy & Design translating insights into wireframes/prototypes/UI designs.
• Stay current with UX trends and implement best practices.
• Stakeholder communication to visualise and secure buy-in for design decisions.
• Translate business objectives into user-centred designs with measurable impact.
• Manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders and timelines.
