Job summary

Investec is seeking a Treasury Origination professional in the UK to drive new business across treasury products. You will conduct outbound calls, research leads, qualify opportunities, and support Sales Specialists with meetings and materials.

You will work in a team, using CRM tools and data to build a warm pipeline while targeting cross-sell opportunities. A bachelor’s degree in business or sales is preferred and a four‑day office week with one remote day is offered.

• CRM system usage for lead management and tracking.
• Proficiency in qualifying leads to tailor client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage new clients and arrange introductions to Investec teams.
• Qualify leads and research client requirements to tailor offerings.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and allocate leads to sales staff.
• Research new leads and upload into CRM, plus prospect territories.
• Support sales with meeting prep and presentations.
• Articulate Investec value proposition to prospects.
• Generate client meetings via cold calling.
• Aim to meet/exceed KPI targets (calls, qualified leads, appointments).
