Responsibilities

• Support senior team members with the design, testing and refinement of prompts and AI-driven workflows.
• Learn how approved AI tools, automation technologies and content engineering practices are applied within Regulatory Content.
• Assist with documenting AI workflows, prompt libraries, testing outcomes and process improvements.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of AI-powered content solutions under guidance of experienced colleagues.
• Support low-code and no-code automation projects designed to improve operational efficiency.
• Help evaluate AI-generated outputs, ensuring quality, accuracy and compliance standards are maintained.
• Participate in training, mentoring and structured development activities to build technical capability.
• Adhere to AI governance, security and quality frameworks across all activities.
