Job Description
Business Unit

The team aims to help HNW/UHNW clients grow their wealth through tailored, transparent, and trust-based relationships. Activities include Investments, Strategy, and Planning/Structuring, serving a diverse client base including individuals, trustees, and corporate entities. We prioritize technical excellence and integrity to ensure first-class service.

Role Objective

Provide administrative support to Investment Partners and Managers to ensure excellent client service. Tasks include organizational duties, client communication, and support during meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with client contact, reporting, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Coordinate with Dealers and Back Office on deal settlements.
  • Maintain client data and review corporate actions.
  • Generate analytics, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle client correspondence and monitor portfolios.
  • Support research and attend client meetings.
  • Monitor external custodians for accuracy.
