Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (or close to completion).
• Paraplanner with client-facing exposure or a Trainee Adviser seeking the next step.
• Strong technical knowledge and a genuine passion for financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Progress into a Financial Planner role with a defined pathway.
• Provide paraplanning support and work closely with a dedicated Administrator.
• Develop into an Adviser by leveraging mentoring and a national client bank.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver client-focused financial planning.
