Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Trading Standards Lawyer to join a local authority legal team in Oxfordshire on an interim basis. Hybrid working available and a 3-month initial contract.

You must be a qualified solicitor or lawyer in England and Wales with at least 3 years PQE in Trading Standards law, and have prior local government or public sector experience. Availability at short notice is required.

• Qualified solicitor or lawyer (in England and Wales) with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Trading Standards law and related enforcement matters.
• Previous local government or public sector legal experience.
• Availability to start at short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice and support on Trading Standards matters within a local authority setting.
• Support the authority in managing legal matters and proceedings relating to Trading Standards enforcement.
• Undertake relevant legal work, including court attendance as required.
