Job summary

Marsh Risk in Birmingham is seeking a Client Executive to manage and retain a large portfolio in the Trade Credit team. The role is hybrid, combining office-based and home working, with support from the Head of Office and Head of Sales to grow the portfolio.

You will renew and retain clients, strengthen strategic relationships with insurers and networks, and collaborate with the sales team on new business cases while delivering data-driven client presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial insurance experience.
• Proven track record with client relationships.
• Focus on client service and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve high client retention rates through a strong service proposition.
• Renew and retain your book, with growth through expanded sales to existing portfolio.
• Manage strategic relationships with clients, insurers and internal/external networks.
• Collaborate with sales on new business cases and self-generate opportunities.
• Research and compile data for in-person client presentations.
