Job summary

Bupa is hiring a Third Party Risk Manager on a 9-month fixed term contract with hybrid working options. Salary £64,200 - £80,200 per annum, full-time 37.5 hours.

The role supports risk and assurance across third-party engagements, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while enabling high-quality customer service and patient care. The successful candidate will lead risk strategy development, produce MI, and advise category teams on third party risk, with occasional travel

Qualifications

• Experience in third party risk management and supplier risk frameworks.
• Understanding of FCA and PRA requirements relevant to risk management.
• Experience with procurement policy and supplier outsourcing policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the procurement risk management strategy and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Procurement Policy and Suppliers Outsourcing Policy for third party risk.
• Understand regulatory requirements from FCA, PRA, CQC, ICO and HSE relevant to the firm.
