Job summary

Cirrus Selection is seeking a Test Development Engineer based in Bolton to join a well-established team working across the full development cycle, from concept through to series production. You’ll develop automated test systems for circuit card assemblies and help shape test strategy and documentation.

You’ll need a solid grounding in analogue and digital circuit design, hands-on experience with ATE, and familiarity with LabVIEW and TestStand.

Qualifications

• Analogue and digital circuit design knowledge.
• Hands-on experience building automated test equipment (ATE).
• Familiarity with LabVIEW and/or TestStand; knowledge of Boundary Scan or XJTAG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test systems for circuit card assemblies.
• Write test strategies and documentation.
• Design Interchangeable Test Adaptors (mechanical and electrical).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
