Qualifications

• Previous Credit Control experience.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Confident telephone and email communication skills.
• A proactive and organised approach to managing outstanding accounts.
• Experience using Salesforce and/or Oracle would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing credit control activity across customer accounts
• Following up outstanding balances and helping reduce aged debt
• Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
• Investigating invoice queries and resolving payment discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate account information and records
• Providing support with month-end and wider finance administration
