• Support databases, data pipelines and the preparation/cleaning of data.
• Conduct desk research, surveys and qualitative interviews; identify trends.
• Create charts and visualisations for reports and presentations; contribute to digital product support.
• Assist senior team with research, analysis and client-facing work; use AI tools to improve workflows.
