Job summary

Visa is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams delivering complex PayTech solutions for major clients in the UK. You will drive end-to-end delivery, establish governance, and align with UK&I VCA and VIS functions.

You will combine technical insight with client relationship skills, manage risks, and promote innovation across platforms, data capabilities and integration workstreams in a hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams on end-to-end delivery of product features.
• Strong consulting background with ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Familiarity with delivery techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Analytical and quantitative skills to measure business value.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level visibility and drive strategic initiatives for client engagements.
• Lead Visa teams and project-manage delivery strategies with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ensure collaboration and integration between programme tracks.
• Source the technical expertise required to deliver high-quality engagements.
• Capture learnings and create case studies to evolve the VIS practice.
