Sky is seeking a UK-based legal partner to support the Connectivity teams in negotiating and drafting technology and telecoms contracts. You will advise on risks, collaborate with the Managed Service Provider, and help advance automation and AI initiatives across the Legal Department.

You will work in a hybrid model, with a base at Osterley, coordinating with commercial and finance colleagues to deliver Sky’s strategic objectives and a best-in-class connectivity experience.

Formación

• Qualified solicitor or barrister based in the UK.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in telecoms and/or technology sector, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, well organised, and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to distil complex issues for commercial stakeholders.
• Creative and solutions-oriented with customer-focused approaches.
• Ability to build trust across Sky Group and deliver business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts focused on technology and telecoms, collaborating with commercial, strategy and finance teams.
• Advise stakeholders on legal and commercial risks and propose business-focused solutions.
• Work with Sky’s legal Managed Service Provider on Sky contracts, including playbooks and templates.
• Support new ways of working including automation, self-serve, guidance, and use of AI.
• Develop and maintain know-how and training materials for legal colleagues and stakeholders.
• Build effective relationships with commercial and legal colleagues.
• Report progress to stakeholders and legal team members to support delivery of objectives.
