Job summary

Talent International in Manchester is seeking a Delivery Consultant/Resourcer to drive recruitment delivery across tech and digital markets. Based in our Manchester offices on a full-time hybrid basis (3 days in the office: Tue, Wed & Thu), you will support Account Managers, manage candidates, and help build high‑quality talent pipelines.

You’ll collaborate closely with clients, conduct proactive searches, handle onboarding and contractor management, and contribute to our AI recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience in a 180 delivery, resourcing, or candidate consultant role.
• Strong understanding of perm and/or contract recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working in a changing, agile environment with evolving technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive and forensic candidate searches across platforms.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand job specs and client expectations.
• Support contractor onboarding, compliance, timesheets, extensions and payments.
• Contribute to benchmarking and talent insight reports for clients.
