UK Health Security Agency is seeking a Technical Lead Product Manager to drive the SGSS platform and broader data-driven health surveillance initiatives. You will lead a diverse product portfolio, setting vision, strategy and roadmaps while engaging senior stakeholders across government.

In this senior role, you will mentor product teams, collaborate with engineering, data, epidemiology and commercial colleagues, and ensure governance, security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant subject such as Digital Product Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Technology
• In-depth experience in digital product management
• Experience applying service standards and best practice frameworks (GOV.UK Service Manual) to products and teams
• Experience leading supplier engagement, contractual oversight, and outcomes via SOWs
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence at all levels

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for SGSS aligned with surveillance strategies
• Ensure the platform supports secure, reliable and scalable ingestion and processing of laboratory data
• Work with engineering and data teams to ensure robust data pipelines and quality controls
• Champion needs of internal users (epidemiologists, analysts, public health specialists)
• Ensure timely and accurate surveillance reporting and governance compliance
