Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for London Stansted Airport in a permanent, hybrid role. You will lead high-volume recruitment across multiple business areas, partnering with hiring managers to plan demand and build pipelines.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, run fair and inclusive selection processes, keep candidates engaged, support onboarding and use data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring managers.
• Good understanding of sourcing, assessment and inclusive hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of vacancies across multiple business areas.
• Plan for peak hiring periods and build candidate pipelines.
• Run structured, fair assessment and selection processes.
• Provide a great candidate experience from first contact to day one.
• Collaborate with TA Operations to keep processes efficient.
