Qualifications

• Not an entry level role; needs risk management experience and product knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of EUR/USD, corporate/government bonds, and related ETFs.
• Strong coding, math and data analytics capabilities.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Understand the algo framework, adjust trading parameters and suggest improvements.
• Monitor algo activity and engage with clients, sales and traders to facilitate trades.
• Facilitate portfolio trades, and communicate portfolio axes, ETFs creation and redemptions.
• Develop and promote the Custom Baskets business.
• Build franchise, connect with key clients and align with desk strategy.
• Improve operational efficiency with robust market-leading systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Market/Credit Risk, Audit, Finance.
• Foster responsible finance, governance and expense discipline.
