Job summary

Office Angels is recruiting a Supply Planner in Ashford, Kent with 1 day per week WFH. The role is a 12-month temporary contract, based in modern offices with free on-site parking.

You will support the local planning team, manage raw materials and distribution, and optimise inventory while collaborating with global stakeholders. Typical duties include coordinating stock transfers, ensuring product availability, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supply chain/planning role.
• Background in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the Planning Team in managing activities for the Ashford site and European Distribution Centre.
• Plan and manage raw materials and ingredients supply.
• Plan, order and monitor supply and distribution of products.
• Manage Stock Transfer Orders from affiliate sites.
• Optimise inventory and product availability.
• Coordinate actions with Global Planning, Manufacturing, Sales and Supply Chain.
• Monitor out-of-stock projections and drive improvements using LEAN principles.
• Contribute to KPI delivery and target achievement.
