Job summary

QVC UK is seeking a Project Delivery Manager in Supply Chain to lead end-to-end delivery of logistics and intralogistics projects, partnering with operations, IT and suppliers. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Knowsley twice a week and a track record of delivering complex programs.

You will define requirements, manage budgets, timelines and governance, and drive cross-functional collaboration to realize business benefits across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in logistics or intralogistics.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Project and MS Office.
• Degree-level education in industrial engineering, business IT, or logistics-focused business administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of supply chain and intralogistics projects, on time and within budget.
• Define and manage project requirements with stakeholders, IT and suppliers.
• Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, governance materials and reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across logistics operations, IT and finance.
• Evaluate ideas, support feasibility studies, and shape innovative operational solutions.
