Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking a Structured Credit Middle Office professional to join our London-based Operations team. You will manage trade bookings, lifecycle events and P&L reporting for exotic credit desks, working across global teams.

You will interact with Trading, Structuring, Risk, and Operations, supporting governance and process improvements in a hybrid office setup in London. Eligible for UK work permit is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SPVs, repackaging and structured notes.
• Experience of T+1 trade validation against recaps, pricing, and independent sources.
• Lifecycle management across repos (including structured repos), CLNs, CLOs and SPVs.
• Ability to manage a high volume of bespoke queries and understand their lifecycle origin.
• Strong knowledge of exotic derivative products, including booking and documentation.
• Solid understanding of controls throughout the trade lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review Front Office trade bookings against term sheets and blotters for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop understanding of booking processes, valuation models and downstream interactions with confirmations and settlements.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including call events, triggers, issuance and complex cashflow management.
• Coordinate with support functions to provide end-to-end operational support to the Front Office.
• Produce the T0 P&L flash with risk-based attribution and clear commentary.
• Prepare and review daily trading activity reports for desks and senior stakeholders.
• Design and maintain controls and governance frameworks for bespoke structured products.
• Build strong relationships with senior traders, offshore teams, and regulatory risk stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate cross-region enhancements.
