Job summary

Gigaclear is seeking a Procurement Lead to develop and implement procurement strategies for Direct and Indirect spend. You will own tenders end-to-end, negotiate contracts, and drive savings across departments in a hybrid role based at our Abingdon head office.

You will mentor a team member and work with HR, Marketing, Facilities, Operations and Sales to build a cost-effective, ESG-conscious supplier list, aiming for continuous improvement and value addition.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and managing tenders end-to-end.
• Experience in procurement strategy development and supplier rationalisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across HR, Marketing, Facilities, Operations and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for Direct and Indirect spend.
• Own and run tenders from end to end; negotiate contracts.
• Improve performance management by implementing frameworks.
• Mentor and develop a team member; potential for progression.
