Job summary

Hoop Social Work is recruiting for an Early Help & Assessment Social Worker to support Monmouthshire Council in South Wales. The role offers a hybrid arrangement with roughly 3 days on site and 2 days working from home.

You will work within local authority safeguarding and family assessment frameworks, delivering early help services and assessments for children and families. A relevant social work qualification and DBS are required.

Qualifications

• A relevant Social Work Qualification.
• Registration with Social Care Wales.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS.
