• Minimum Level 2 Maths and English.
• Evidence of Level 4 built environment qualification (e.g. Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship, Construction Quantity Surveying Technician Apprenticeship, BTEC HNC in Construction or equivalent).
• High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of capital investment projects and project management activities.
• Collaborate with asset maintenance teams to keep facilities safe and reliable.
• Assist with facilities and estates projects, managing workplaces and maintenance services across the region.
