Peregrine is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Architect to work on a hybrid basis from London or Leeds. You will develop current, transition and target architectures for infrastructure and technology change, aligning with enterprise direction and governance.

The role involves leading design workshops across cloud, networks, compute, storage, identity, cyber security, and service management, setting architectural direction while ensuring detailed designs meet requirements and business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience as an infrastructure/solution/technology architect delivering complex change in a large organisation.
• Current active SC clearance or eligible for SC clearance.
• Experience modernising technology, reducing technical debt, and improving resilience.

Aufgaben

• Support adoption of strategic technologies, platforms, and architecture patterns to improve resilience, agility, security and efficiency.
• Translate business, service, security and operational needs into architecture requirements and options.
• Produce and maintain architecture artefacts (High-Level Designs, Solution Designs, context diagrams, roadmaps, NFRs, decision records).
• Lead technical design workshops across cloud, networks, compute, storage, identity, cyber security, automation, and service management.
• Set architectural direction and assure designs by engineering teams, while not displacing implementation accountability.
• Evaluate options with focus on value, cost, risk, and strategic fit.
• Experience in regulated, security-conscious or operationally critical environments.
