Job summary

Cooper Moss Rutland is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler/Planner to join our award-winning team in Bristol. You will develop detailed schedules underpinning the MEHA scope, maintain performance baselines, and support forecasting and reporting throughout the project.

You’ll collaborate with project managers, suppliers and stakeholders to integrate schedules, identify risks, and ensure delivery to high standards, safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Significant planning experience in large infrastructure or major project environments.
• Advanced capability in Primavera P6 with detailed schedules, baselines, resources, costs and calendars.
• Strong understanding of project controls including Earned Value, schedule integration, forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage planning outputs across a defined project area with alignment to programme milestones.
• Integrate multi-disciplinary inputs into a coherent, fully linked programme reflecting delivery sequencing.
• Provide visibility of progress, risks and dependencies to support decision-making.
• Deliver clear performance reporting using schedule metrics, resources and cost information.
